Before graduating as a Mechanical Engineer, he already started a laboratory automation software company as a student. The company rapidly grew, opening offices in the USA and Singapore and covering a worldwide market. After successfully selling it in 1999, he participated in several start-ups and spin-offs and invested in others, Today, he is the Entrepreneur in Residence at Europe’s biggest High-Tech incubator YES!Delft, and development and strategy coach to a multitude of start-up companies. Duke brings his experience and creative skills to The Venture Generator, hands-on coaching the teams towards the best solutions

Dieuwke is an experienced, process minded, detail driven executor with a focus on legal and financial issues. She worked in various startups and entrepreneurial environments as a cofounder, more recently for the Venture Generator, a company that succesfully built startups for corporates, like Eneco and BAM. Dieuwke is motivated on supporting and coaching female entrepreneurs in business and is initiator and cofounder of Female Ventures.
